"This experience has been horrible to say the least. Today will be my 4th trip here to get my tires fixed. First I ordered 4 tires I got a notice saying they were late by they were actually there. Then when they put them on one of the tires was a different brand. So I had to go back… turns out they shipped the wrong tire. So I had to wait until next week for the correct one and I had to re order.. Walmart took no fault in their “sold and shipped by Walmart” product. So I go in next week to get the replacement put on and I leave and notice that the weights were on the outside of my rim no where they were supposed to be. So I go back again to get it fixed.. and now. I will be going back again because my car is wobbling on the freeway. Why because they aren’t balanced correctly. During all of this the customer service was trash. No accountability whatsoever. Rude service.. 2 hour wait for my one replacement tire to be put on. Never again and never would I recommend this place to anyone."

"Robert really helped me out on 4th of July. My tire blew out on me on my way to the bay. Robert was very friendly and professional. I tried to give him a $20 tip and he didn't take it. Very honest person. Definitely gained a returning customer."

"Worst experience ever Got new tire for passenger front with Hazzard on 10/12/2022. Soon after the new tire installation "TPMS" sign on my dashboard kept blinking. Even after the TPMS calibration the light came back. Visited Walmart Tracy almost every week, technicians refused to help and kept blaming the car. On top of that the crazy supervisor, The rudest person I've met. Finally after being tired of Walmart took my car too America's tire across street from Walmart. Within minutes to figure out the tire that was installed is the wrong size (215) and all the rest three tires were (225) Very kind of America's tire they didn't charge me anything for inspection but they recommend me going back to Walmart and getting it corrected. On Thursday I come to Walmart and ask the associate if he can fix the issue, associate tries but couldn't find the receipt in the system, making me feel like I have installed the tire somewhere else and not Walmart. I go home hunt for all the receipts, then go back to Walmart today morning. Tire was not damaged until now, as soon as I reach Walmart one of the technician approaches and tells me the tire seems to be damaged and even though I have road hazard they won't be able to fix it. It's been 3 months I've been going to Walmart and begging them to fix the issue but no one seems to be helping. I keep asking questions to the supervisor and he gets upset with no answers. He offers me to pay half price on a new right size tire, and I tried to find out who is responsible for putting a wrong tire on my car and now why would I pay a price for that ? The supervisor got really upset and kept raising his voice and threaten me off calling the security. He comes back and tells me that he won't be able to help me with my car and I need to go some other place to fix it. Things I've learned- 1- Always save your receipts. 2- Even that is not your job but make sure correct part/ tire is installed 3- Even if Walmart representatives make mistakes do not confront them or you will be threatened of security and denied to help. Not sure what to do next, My car is not fixed yet and Tracy Walmart refuses to help. Any recommendations would be really appreciated."
