"Great shop. I'm from a far away town and was passing through Tracy when my 1999 BMW started overheating. Lucky for me I was able to limp into town and stumble upon this shop. They were really nice (obviously family owned), and very thoughtful of my predicament. They went above and beyond in several ways in order to get me on my way again while they took care of the car in the meantime, and they were really flexible & thoughtful about an after hours pickup, etc. Also, they were easy to communicate with - they gave me updates about the nature of the problem, expected readiness, etc. I usually do my own work on my car, and I can say this shop knows BMW's well and the repair was exactly what I expected. I'm really happy with how things went overall. The price was very fair and they couldn't have been better about it."
