"Decided to go in and buy 2 hats for $60 now that sports authority closed. 30 minutes later my daughter changed her mind about one of the hats. We returned for an exchange and the man behind the counter refused the exchange, because the hat he sold us had a crease on it. We definately didn't notice it when we purchased it. The crease was minimal and it seemed suspicious he immediately pointed out the deficiency. We should've inspected the product alot better before we bought it. It's a good looking hat; unfortunately, the customer service could've been better. Unfortunately, we were unable to make an exchange. We will definately not do business here again."
