"It says open till 12 on here and when you call their number it says open till 12am. Well I drove all the way from Stockton and I was like up to the door and it's 11pm. And someone walks to door and says that they are closed...like really yall need to fix your hours."
"Store policy is what brings this place down as well as the poor customer service. No bathroom policy is usually an indication we are about to walk into a poorly run establishment, and that was correct again at this Burlington. They also rudely ask if you can insert your credit card now or do you have cash before ringing up the items. The Florin rd location is your best bet as this place has good selection, just poor management."

"So offended. I was there to return this item June 15th at approximately 12:30pm. The gentleman cashier questioned the item and called a manager. The manager said the product did not belong to Burlington and they would need to review video tape footage to confirm what happened before they could process a return!?!? Are they accusing me of trying to steal $16.99!? This is a loyalty purchase and a credit card refund. They should have processed the return, instead of me wasting my time to go back...for $16.99!? When video tape footage confirms I bought the item there, regardless the validity of the product, I should be entitled to a refund. As I tried to plead this option, the manager walked away from me leaving the cashier to take my name and number to follow up. This situation was handled poorly, and I am bewildered at the complete lack of customer service. Is $16.99 really worth the cost of a customer???"
