"I was in shopping yesterday. Up until yesterday I've always had a nice experience. We all know you would like customers to remove there hangers if possible. I clearly checked for a rack in line because I absolutely understand trying to move the line as quick as possible. There was no rack to do so. All the racks were behind the counter with the two ladies working. So I said" So, I guess they must be removing them". I get to the counter the girl stops what she is doing and rudely asks if I can remove all the hangers while the rack was right behind her. I apologized and said that" I would have before that but there was no rack for them." Which she quickly responded saying that "they must have moved it." And then instead of having good customer service proceeded to wait until all hangers were removed. I am sorry is Ross now going to pay me for the time and work I put in at this counter? She was flat out rude and if a customer comes up with hangers that haven't been removed. It is YOUR job to remove them. Hopefully the customer service will be better in the future."
"Good stuff here if you spend time looking around. I went to the men's warehouse to buy a pair of suit shoes but it was so expensive. The cheapest one was around $150. I looked around for like an hour and found a better suit shoes in Ross for less than 50 bucks. Can you believe it? Good customer service experience."
"So Ross stores are pretty typical and this place had a pretty good selection, but the employees all seemed very uptight like it's an unpleasant work environment. That's important to me to shop at places that treat their employees well so they can enjoy their job -- and that passes on to the customers. Got what I needed, but don't think I'll be returning."
