"Year ago if you would have asked me where I shop then I would have shared my favorite location. I barely go into this store now because this place has everything final and can't return clothes. Also, they don't allow to try clothing on. We cant try anything on because of Covid but most stores have opened their fitting rooms. Also, most stores allow returns and exchanges. The rule is not applicable at this location. I understand the policy but at least allow for full refund if you can't open the store fitting room."

"This place is a scam and the girls that work there are rude. You cant try anything on because of covid yet we can touch the clothes??? 90% of clothes is marked final sale so if you wanted to take anything back you cant."

"My wife and daughter just went here today. They were there for only ten minutes and heard the F bomb dropped in the music the store had playing more then 20 times. Really? I get it, the appeal is to the younger generation, but does that really mean you cant put on an edited radio station? My daughter felt so uncomfortable they had to leave before even trying anything on. Owner needs to get it together because service and employees seem to be an issue with this place."

"Manager owner does not provide any service to customers. Would not help with a lost gift card from grandma even though they can mark as void. They could have been helpful and resolved situation and gained much more business. They basically kept our money. Nice."
