"Great Experience. I have wide feet and it is very difficult to find shoes and boots. The Red Wing associate walked me through the process of measuring my feet. I wish I would have shopped Redwings sooner. I bought 2 pairs of BOA boots. I am on my feet all day and so far, the boots feel great."
"What's with this "high end" stores??? The owners should pay more attention as to the people they hire for these positions for "associates " or sellers, we walk in and this sir seems high on something, because of this we don't get treated in what I call good service, making comments that have nkthing to do with anything around the shoes or about the things we were asking. A tall slim woman was not helpful either, she took too long bringing the shoes in the number we needed. Very bad experience overall, I would not recommend spending . They said they had just moved, even if it's true this led to not buying anything."
