"Eastgate Animal Clinic is amazing. My regular vet was unavailable and they were kind enough to fit me in as a same-day walk-in client. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and caring including Michelle and her fellow receptionists, vet assistant Gigi, and Dr. Balthrop. They handled my cat gently and clearly explained everything they were doing along with the lab results. The separate entrances for cats and dogs are a nice bonus, along with the pheromone plug-ins and Fear Free pledge info posted on the walls. The prices are very fair too!"

"The doctor is really nice. However, they’re a bit pricey, and the lady that’s currently pregnant was quite rude. But the front desk was very considerate and compassionate, and I really appreciated the ladies working at the front desk. All in all, it’s not a black bad place to take your pet, and just maybe not the best place to go if your pet is needing immediate care."

"Horrrible my roommate brought a rot puppy in due to breathing issues he was approximately 4 months old…. $600 bill claimed he aspirated on food maybe …. And he had fluid on his lungs …. X-rays etc …. Never cleared up took him back a 2nd time few weeks later …. Same thing 300 bill…. Weeks later he started having trouble walking and the breathing issue never cleared up …. After getting reaching out to some friends that rescue they did some research …. Turned out to be JLPP…. Birth defect known in rots …. Breathing then being paralyzed…. I’ve since asked for the X-rays that they claimed fluid on his lungs never got them …. Refusing to return a phone call …. Either they need more education or they knew and was just trying to keep getting money out of her ….#justice4charlie I had posted videos of him on their face book they deleted them …. Don’t want the public to see their mistake …. Instead of correcting it…."

"The vets and staff here are very caring and compassionate. We have had two senior animals go here and two kittens as well. No matter what age or issue, they know what they are doing. They will help guide you with any questions you have and any treatments your animal may need. This is the best veterinary place we have ever gone to. We had lost both of our senior pets this year at different times, one was less than a month away from turning 19 and our other one was 16. They were there for us during that time and helped with the plan we put on place for caring for them and also had helped with their departure. They listen and will follow your wishes. When we got the kittens, it had been so long since we had them, we had so many questions again and they answered all of them. Hands down recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"We started taking our new puppy here. We really love how they try to make it an great and pain-free experience. Out previous dog was always unhappy and stressed by visiting the vet. However our new puppy doesn't mind and doesn't seem distressed by shots here."
