"I drove all the way from Murfreesboro on my lunch break to come pick my stuff up because I needed it for work and they had the entire building closed for lunch. Who does that? You don't shut the building down for the entire workforce to go to lunch at the same time, especially when you've got five customers outside the door wanting to shop or sell wondering the same damn thing. Now I have to drive all the way back to Murfreesboro because I don't have time to wait, without the tool that desperately needed and unfortunately I have to work over today so I won't have time to pick it up this afternoon either. I'm completely dumbfounded as to how stupid this manager is that would make a call like that."

"so i went to this pawnshop trying to get some extra cash with over my chromebook , one of the ladies try to help me out but the other lady ask how much i was asking she said 150 and the lady said oh nooo we can give you 20 dolars , i mean 20 dolars ? i did not say nothing just say no thanks , she say they sell chromebooks for 40 , i dont Belive it , but is ok , maybe she think is stolen or something thats why she offer me so low , i will never go there for anything else , i was thinking to get some stuff that i like there but nooo , never go back , really bad please , first lady was really nice"

"Long story short I bought a $120 AirPods Pro’s and they worked fine until they didn’t. For some reason they don’t connect unless they’re on a charger and I didn’t think I needed to buy a protection plan because pawnshop shouldn’t sell faulty devices and should be doing thorough testing to ensure they don’t sell bad products. I called and they were rude and I didn’t even want my money back just wanted another pair of headphones. I wouldn’t recommend buying ANY ELECTRONICS from here!!! Horrible customer service I mean it is in the hood but that shouldn’t excuse their lack of customer service and probably fraudulent working devices."
