She helped measure my feet and provided options. I ended up walking out with the heritage iron rangers and am looking forward to years of wear ahead. "I went here with my brother this weekend and received the some of the best customer service I’ve seen. Lindsay helped both of us scan our feet and find the perfect shoes and insoles. My brother wears a size 14 wide and they actually had his size for boots, insoles, and socks! He hadn’t experienced that since he was a teenager. If you have big feet, Red Wings might have what you need IN STORE. Lindsay spent over half an hour with us, and by the end of our visit, I can say that I have the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever walked on. I got the Ecolite shoes with the Quadrex insole, and two pairs of premium socks. 100% satisfied and I will never buy anything other than redwings. Amazing shoes, with better customer service!"
"The best experience I’ve ever had at a red wings. Don was absolutely awesome. He was ver informative and almost had his boots down to a science. He was very helpful in not only sizing my feet. But getting my old boots to last a few more months. He even was very informative on how I can clean and treat my boots so I ended up buying a brush a cleaner. Will definitely return for any other boot needs. DON YOU ROCK!!"
