"The store manager Gabrielle, is such a lovely lady. Despite the bad weather she welcomed us in with a great attitude helped me and my son throughout our whole visit in the store. I’ve came multiple times and her customer service has always been amazing! I tell everybody to come check them out because they’re a new store and they have plenty of heat! I expressed to them I would leave a great review because every time I shop it’s always a great experience."
"Horrible customer service. Everyone was on their phone and didn’t help me find the shoe that was in stock. One of the girls roll her eyes so hard like it was going to come out her head. Brand new store already going from a bad start"
"The people who work there are hateful and ordinary, my husband was paying for a sports suit, and he was going to pay through Apple Pay, he lifted up the phone so he could open the screen and the stupid cashier got angry and she asked him if he was taking a photo of her , with a dirty attitude, my husband, so respectful, answers, no, honey, I don't have to take a photo of you, I preferred to leave the store before telling her, (girl, you're not famous enough to take a photo of you) . and before paying we were looking for some shoes for my son and we asked one of the assistants there and just because we asked him for another style , the stupid guy rolled his eyes at us as if we were asking for free shoes, everyone there is extremely hateful. We will never ever go back there.NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE!!"
"Horrible customer service. I walked out the store got in my car looked at the shoe and saw it was defective remind you the people brought the shoe from the back and just put it in bag. Didnt hand it to me, so that I could look at it or anything, like as if im finna run out the store or something with it. Brought it literally right back in tell them and they say we cant refund you. But they gave me a shoe that was defective. I understand the no refund policy However I literally just walked out the store. And let's not mention that every worker in the store was on their phones. Don't recommend this store and will be calling cooperate. Also the lady that ended up calling her self assisting me was rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CITY GEAR!"
