"I have never been so humiliated in my life as this company did. I went to a halloween party where they were present getting a haircut. The foundation they organized (The celebration foundation and Kind Hearts) probably paid them to promote haircuts for free to people. I stood in line with my 2 year old son for about an hour and a half when a representative of Laruce talked to a person who was behind me and then started the haircut of that person passing in front of everyone. I went to question her and she was aggressive and rude and yelled that I didn't have to complain because it was free and she passes whoever she wants in front of me. The person behind me appeared to be a friend of the salon representative. I was humiliated in front of several people and in addition she refused to cut my son's hair. We left very upset, not because my little son couldn't get a haircut but because this had never happened to us in hundreds of other events we went. We never have a problem with someone in our intere life in USA. Rude people don't have to be in front of a trade. Regretful attitude. Everyone around was absurd with such lack of education and humiliation of the representative of Laruce. The event was place on 10/30/2022. We are simple people and we just accepted all the humiliation and left. I will look for a lawyer to give a SUE in this salon so that this doesn't happen again with the next person. So sad but true."
