"Dulce cuts well but she has a big problem when doing schedules. It happened twice that she called me 5 minutes before my appointment to cancel it. No respect for other's schedule. One time she told me that I had to wait like an hour (just when I arrived) before she can start with my hair cut. Doesn't matter how good she is, I would never go back again to this salon again."

"Dluce cuts hair well but manages her schedule horribly. I made an appointment with her for color and cut. She had her assistant apply the bleach. Dulce then took many hair cuts before even checking on me. I mentioned more than once I thought she left it on too long. Once she finally washed me out my hair was white!!! She then tried to fix it and my blonde hair was now dark brown. Awful!! Then she had the nerve to charge me! She totally damaged my hair!! I will never go back!!!"
