"Haircut was phenomenal 5 stars. Beard trim....1. Where did part of my mustache go that I had painstakingly grown for months? Am I supposed to try and shave that area imoossible to get to every single day now? Otherwise I'll have awkward 5oclock shadow everywhere on the top of my mustache??? Guess I'll have to wait a month until it grows out again and have prickly mustache hair meanwhile. I could tell the stylist was very experienced and good but I imagine you ask the customer first before getting rid of big parts of beard: also brought down beard line too much even though I asked not to"
