"DO NOT GET PIERCINGS HERE, When my friend and I went in to get piercings there were so many red flags. We were not asked for our age, we were not asked to show ID, and we were not given consent forms!! My friend got 3 cartilage piercings, and the jewelry is obviously incorrect. The gauge is huge, like it was meant for another body part. She would not stop bleeding, and the piercer didn't even try to clean the blood up afterwards, she was in so much pain she could barely stand. I got my belly button pierced, and she pierced it so far inside my belly button that the jewelry flips inside. Absolutely not okay! We asked her to take it out, and for a refund, and they were extremely rude, many of the workers ganging up on us telling us we were wrong, and that we were disrespectful, and only gave us half a refund! We went to another piercing shop for help and they said it was done completely incorrectly, and that the jewelry was absolutely not meant for the ear. They were in shock, said that they never saw a piercing done so wrong before"

"My scheduled appointment called in sick. Monica stepped up and did a fabulous job on my hair. I rarely give reviews but I feel Monica deserves a five star review. She has an eye for hair. She quickly picked up on what I wanted done. I have short hair and have had a hard time finding someone who gets my hair. After trimming my hair as I asked she quickly made some suggestions. One of the suggestions was to thin an area of my hair that I always have complaints about. Monica is the 1st hairdresser that caught it and corrected it. Anyway long story short I’m extremely satisfied with my hair cut and will return to have Monica cut my hair again."
