"I get my nails done here a lot and this is the best in Napa to get them done. Every single time i come here my nails are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is also super kind and sweet, not to mention incredibly talented. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The way the place is decorated is also beautiful. If you're in Napa and want to get your nails done this is the place to go. 10/10."
"This was 4 days after the semi-permanent gel nails. Got the package with massage and it was literally an old woman holding onto my shoulder. I think I was holding her upright more than she was doing anything to me."
"I was a walk in on a Friday morning and there were 3 other clients. Thankfully they took me in and I wanted a gel manicure. The first 2 colors I chose they didn’t have, and I had to scramble to pick the 3rd option. The lady I had was nice, however she rushed me out and did my nails less than 20 minutes. Didn’t wait for the uv machine to finish before putting my next hand in and my fingers were burning from the heat. By the time I got into my vehicle I could see my nail through the polish because it was so thin and it was frustrating. On top of it, I wasn’t asked what level of manicure I wanted and the “massage” with cuticle oil at the end consisted of the drops of oil and one swipe over my hand. I could see rushing it if the store was packed, but it was extremely slow and plenty of staff around. It is a very nice looking facility, but wont be coming back unfortunately."
