"Did not like the service. We already started on having different view on how my eyebrows be shaped. I wanted more natural look, just fill in eyebrows, however Quyen disagreed and wanted the symmetric look, which I did not. I did mention it to her several times, just wanted to fill in my brow hairs, not to make it look unnatural and fake. Well, it looks unnatural and fake with blunt, harsh lines, that look weird.The lines underneath my eyebrows just look odd in person."

"Quyen is a consummate professional, and her attention to detail is phenomenal. She took her time to measure brow bone and my eyes to create the perfect shape for my face. Before the appointment, she gives you a rundown of what to expect during the process and offers tips to put you at ease, such as bring earphones to listening to music. Quyen provides fantastic attention to detail when it comes to the perfect shade for your skin tone. In my first appointment, I got just the micro-blade, and for my touch-up, she recommended micro-shading, which does look a bit bolder but still very natural. Quyen provides you with an after-care kit that gives specific instruction. I highly recommend Quyen as she did a fantastic job with my brows! I will be going back in the future!"
