"For any service -- hair styling, coloring, waxing -- please do not come here. I decided to dye my hair a deep purple but as you can tell from the picture (1st picture), that clearly didn't work out. Maybe I picked a brand of hair dye that wasn't very good but regardless of how the color came out, my hair was absolutely destroyed from the dyeing process; it was completely fried, there was no blend/ombre, and it cost close to $200. Coming home, I was in absolute tears. I was trying to comb my hair and rice-grain-length shard of my hair fell out. Even while sitting in the chair, I had a feeling things were going to go wrong. After they applied the bleach, they covered my head in a plastic bag, and put me under the dryer chair. And as can be expected, the plastic started melting and the bleach started dripping only to land on my shoulders. I was in extreme pain and only until I started squirming and wincing did they take me out of the chair. That experience didn't teach me anything clearly, so I came back to get my arms and legs waxed. This was, again, a big mistake. I was under a time crunch and the women at the salon knew this. But what should have taken no more than 1 hour took close to 1.5-2 hours and again cost over $100. The woman waxing on me was on-track to take 30-40 more minutes until my mother came in telling them that I needed to leave 20 minutes ago. Luckily, 2 more women came in to finish the job in 15 minutes. Regardless, it should not have taken 1 woman close to 2 hours to wax my arms and legs. To compare, my current waxing lady can wax my arms, legs, and underarms *and* thread my eyebrows in about an hour for less than $100. I came back later that day to get my hair curled in the style demonstrated by Selena Gomez below (3rd picture) and got whatever-that-is I demonstrated in the 2nd picture below. I cannot stress this enough: Unless you want a simple haircut, do not come here. The stylists and other estheticians take forever to do the services and charge incredibly high prices for poor quality work."
