"I met Ninja in a very last minute situation and she helped me. She gave me the price ahead of time ( I thought it was expensive, so shopped around and found it was comparable ). She had to do 2 sessions to fix the hair. Very honest, on time, an expert in what she does, well organized, smartly uses technology to respond, keeps her end of the bargain. Extremely happy with the results!"

"Overpriced , Rushed, and Inconsistent. If you have nowhere else to go to just lower your expectations a lot. I’ve gone 4 times total, three times for the same hairstyle, and all three times have been different. Even listening to how she speaks on the phone to potential clients calling is dismissive and she couldn’t care less if she’s not in a good mood."
"I come from the south and am used to people who have great quality with braids just not being professional (showing up late, etc). I chalked it up to the culture and went on living life and it became the expectation. Here I found a woman who is great at what she does and actually runs a business how you would expect with appointments and honoring the appointments. It's small, but believe it or not it's tough to find in the braiding industry"
