"Nothing to do with the complex itself but the tenants are very unruly and obnoxious when trying to drive through parking areas"

"20 year old apartments. Something is constantly wrong, takes 2-3 weeks to get anything done. There’s a new property manager every 3 months each more incompetent than the last. I have no idea what’s going on with this place trust me when I say it’s not worth it. Also the “newest and latest” property “manager” is never there. Never answers the phone. She leaves early ALL THE TIME"

"I put down a deposit back in March. As of today, 5/29, I still haven't got an apartment. The last date I was given was May 17. I have called and go by there with no luck. Now I'm just trying to get my deposit back! This place is terrible!!!!"

"I will start out by saying that 5 years ago this used to be a great place to live and are a great price point. They will tell you it's based on your income but after a year maybe 2 ,that's no longer going to stay that way. We started off paying $645 for a 2 bedroom now were approaching $900.00. It used to be well kept and the property manager that was hear actually stayed involved with the entire complex, and was quick to solve any issues that may come up. Now however since she had moved on maybe 2 years ago ,I think we've seen the new property manager maybe 2 times . The Dog area has an eye sore for a while with parts of the fencing broke or just not their. There's never any doggy bags to pick up after the dogs ,trash is no longer picked up until it has spilled out and coming out of the tops of the dumpsters because there's so much in them. The maintenance guy seems to be the only one that cares . He does what he can with the authority he has to help you with whatever. But things like the fence around the property and dog park being missing or broke ,has be approved by the management. Now that we pay what we pay ,there's no longer any value . Because you can get a super nice apartment that has tons of amenities where this place only had one small pool ,a dilapidated dog park and a tiny playground ,and no clubhouse, and the difference in price is around 100 per month. Needless to say we are moving as soon as we find a house. I will add ,this place could be turned around if they would put some money into the property and a few things to compete or standout and start with having a property manager that actually wants to be hear and cares about what it looks like . I'm not say she is a bad person ,rude ,or unfriendly . We dont know because we never see her ."

"Ace is well kept but the rent for what you get is not worth it. No gym, community club house, just a small pool ,small dog area, and small playground. At $845.00 for a 2 bedroom, you can pay an extra 150 and stay just about anywhere in lebanon,,,,"
