"Called no answer for 2 days, left messages for owner for appointment no answer for 3 days , finally a answer of were all booked . We'll that cld have been said when you finally answered the first question."

"I wanted to love this salon so bad. Especially because the owner is such a sweet woman of God. However, my services did not even begin until ONE HOUR after my scheduled appointment time. Not to mention, I got passed around the salon to different stylists when I was under the impression that my appointment would be with the owner. One person washed and steamed my hair, another blow dried it and about 2.5 hours later I finally got a trim and press from the owner. As someone who works in the beauty industry herself, I understand that things happen but not once did they apologize for their lack of timeliness and for the amount of money they charge for their services, I found it unacceptable. They told me I should stop going to the in-home stylist I had been seeing and switch to them but I did not find the experience worthy of that at all."

"My wife went to Shelah Beauty to get extensions put in because her hair had to be cut short a while back due to a number of different factors and she's never really felt like herself since then. Unfortunately that salon did a very amateur job. But not only did DreamGirls undo the wreck the other salon installed but they did an absolutely fantastic job putting new ones in and even fit her in same day because they had a cancellation. I cannot even tell that my wife has any sort of extensions. It was also a few hundred dollars cheaper than what I was expecting it was going to cost. Come here if you want to pay a fair price (value is not always the cheapest option) for the absolute best work. You can really feel that these ladies really care about doing everything to the best of their ability. If I could give DreamGirls an extra star I would rate it a 6 out of 5. Thank you ladies for allowing my wife to feel confident in herself again while her hair grows in. God bless you!"

"Underwhelming experience. Staff was friendly but being in a salon for 10 hours and missing Birthday dinner reservations did not sit well with me at all. My style was nothing I asked for. Waited an hour before being seen. Lots of wait time. I was expecting a better hair care experience..I will be back for my take down and decide where to go from there. I was definitely disappointed."
