"Stacie, Nancy, and the the rest of the Blowout team were my hair and makeup team for my wedding and did an amazing job! They were professional, kind, and fun, we had the best time getting ready with them on the morning of. I had a very large bridal party (11 ladies, plus me, so 12 people in total) and not only did we get done on time, this team finished early! I was really impressed how on time the team stayed and what great quality of work they did, especially with how large my wedding party was. All my ladies looked gorgeous and Stacie and Nancy made me feel so beautiful. I met Nancy and Stacie a few months before my wedding to do a hair and make up trial and they were so kind, thoughtful and sensitive to my requests and needs. Roger was their manager and wonderful to correspond with. He was organized, prompt and professional. I thought he did a particularly excellent job organizing which bridesmaid went with which hair and make up artist at what time on wedding day. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion. One of the best vendors for my wedding. I live on the East Coast and having to plan the wedding from across the country was challenging but the BlowOut team helped made it so easy and stress free on the day of. "I used The Blowout for my wedding makeup and couldn’t have been happier!! The Blowout was so easy to communicate and schedule with. I did a makeup trial with Nancy and she was so accommodating to what I wanted and encouraged me to take note of how the makeup held up and what I liked/didn’t. When she arrived the day of the wedding it was her who’d put so much thought into changes and improvements on shades, etc. I wanted to look like myself and feel natural, and my makeup did exactly that! It also stood up to 12+ hours in 95° heat! My bridesmaids were also extremely happy with their makeup! Both artists took critiques and made any changes/fixes without hesitation. "I was visiting my parents, and wanted to treat myself with a blow out. My first impression was the front desk guy who was pleasant, and sat me down right away. Stacey was my stylist, and she did a wonderful blowout, but she didn't even ask me what my name was until the middle of the service. Felt very impersonal, like I was there and needed to leave. There was no warm welcome or hand shake. Great blow out, but I didn't feel taken care of as a person. I am actually a stylist which I do not like to disclose to the person doing my hair(15 year veteran), and business owner in Los Angeles. I guess I have different expectations on how a client should be greeted and treated. Love that they use Bumble and bumble, but the salon itself is cluttered and worn down looking. Very dirty down by my feet. So overall good, but definitely room for improvement."
