"the girl doing my nails was super distracted the whole time and kept talking to other customers. i asked for her to even out my nails and she said that wasn’t possible which isn’t true because people in the past have done that. overall she had a really bad attitude and it sucks to pay so much money when someone doesn’t do the job right and speaks rudely to you"
"This is one of the worst nail places! I got my nails done and she did something totally different then what I asked for, and I told them it wasn’t what I wanted at all. I wanted nails with glitter on them but they put the holographic dust on them instead. I asked for them to be pink and they turned out to be like blueish because of the holographic dust. I still ended up paying about 90 dollars that day. They usually had decent service but this was so bad. They were about to close and had me come in the next day to fix it. They had me sitting in the chair the next day for an hour and kept taking new clients, then asked me if I had picked a design yet, I told them that I did before I even came in and was ready. They then gave me an attitude and I called them out on it. They told me no I don’t and then told me that I had to pay to get my nails redone, the only thing that they would do was paint them. They then told me the most they could do was give me 10 dollars back. Don’t go here the customer service is horrible."
"So Friendly and nice! The quality of their nail work never lets me down. I’m sooo in love with the work they put into the nails and super efficient in the work they do. They also will do the things u want on your nails such as fixing something u do not like. 10/10 my go to nail salon!"
