"From the moment I walked in, I thought oh dear, this may have been the wrong place to go to. I went to get a pedicure. No one was in there when I arrived and I had to wait a short amount of time for them to set it up. No problem. The water was cold, not even slightly warm. I ordered the second pedicure on the list (don't remember the name). Whenever the lady needed me to do something she just tapped my foot. Didn't talk to me once. I picked a color and told her which number. When she started painting my nails, I looked at it and had a confused look on my face, and she said "is this color ok?" It wasn't even close to the color I chose. I said "it's fine, because I thought the color looked nice, but still, she knew it was the wrong color. I was in and out within 35 minutes. It was the shortest pedicure ever. The massage wasnt even a massage. Just a quick rub and small amount of lotion. .I'm very disappointed in this place and can now understand why no one else was there. No customer service, very cheap service, and not relaxing at all. To follow up, it's been 3 days and my gel polish is already lifting and coming off."

"I've been going to Pink on and off since I moved to EG in Jan. of 2020. The gal who has done my pedicure is miserable, doesn't speak to me, taps my feet when she wants me to move in or out of the bowl and most recently dremmeled the skin on my big toe while removing the gel polish and made me bleed. When I pulled my foot away when this happened, said you got my skin there was literally no reaction other than a look of annoyance. No care, no attention to detail, and I always feel like she's doing me a big favor by doing my nails. The salon is dirty, dusty, and the plexiglass barricades at every chair are also gross and dirty. Not to mention the horrendous Pepto-Bismol paint, brown chairs, salmon accents and filthy, dusty paper flower decor all over. I'd love to find a lovely salon where I can truly relax without being subjected to Judge Judy and blinding florescent lights. I'm definitely done with Pink."
