"If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would. I have been a patient with Summit Medical for nearly 10 years. They discharged me as a patient at the worst time in my life. Completely abandoned me in my time of need. If you have mental health issues of any kind, this is not the medical office for you. Absolutely no empathy whatsoever. Avoid at all costs. They are the worst."

"One of the worst medical experiences of our life. We had Andy Adams and we found him rude, cold and lacking any compassion. Him and his staff seemed to worry about medical politics with their peers more than the health of their patients. A terrible practice in our opinion."

"Dr. Morten prescribed me a medication that was not covered by my insurance and now that my insurance has informed me of what is covered, no one can answer the phone for me. Dr. Morten's nurse has not called me back in 3 days. Completely unprofessional"

"They treated me like I was a problem and gave me a hard time when I was trying to get my insurance faxed over because they said that they couldn't take my mobile card. Then they called me bk up to the desk and gave me a time limit to get it faxed just to get me out of there. Basically the clerk at the front desk treated me like I was less than any other person in that waiting room. Wonder why seeing that I was the only black person in the room and under 55. Not the patients fault but if I was any other person in that room they would have basically rushed me out of there."
