"Brett Cash did an awesome job of helping me out with hip issues I was having while playing hockey. Being a goalie, my flexibility and mobility requirements are pretty unique, so Brett got a solid understanding of how goalies have to move, and each week, Brett designed workouts with certain exercises that addressed my flexibility pain points, along with complimentary strength exercises to improve my stability so that I could keep up with that increasing flexibility. Brett gave me all the tools to continue progressing on my own, and he still checks in with some extra tips or links that I might find helpful.
