"If you or someone you know gets vertigo, this is the place to go. In my opinion, don’t waste time with emergency rooms or doctors. All they did for me was make me wait and then prescribe drugs. My vertigo started the Friday beginning of the Christmas holiday. Alaina monitors text and voice mail messages. I left a voice message on Tuesday when the office was closed for the holiday. They contacted me at 8pm Tuesday and set an appointment first thing the next morning. I wished I called them on Friday instead of going to Urgent Care. At its worse I was so dizzy I had to crawl to the bathroom. Less than a week later, I got 90% of my balance back. Ashley, Jason and the rest of the team are great! "Pinched nerve in my neck causing numb arm and hand way better!!! Friendly, family oriented therapy! The therapists are all very knowledgeable and don’t just say do this and walk away. It isn’t just cookie cutter therapy. They are very hands on and one on one. I’ve seen many times where they will adjust and try 3 or 4 different techniques to get just the right movement to make sure the patient is safely getting the most from the exercise. What can I say about Alaina she is extremely well educated and very intuitive. She is able to look at you sitting, moving or walking and by how you move and see what isn’t looking quite right. She also teaches you about your posture and how to be aware of how it can help or hinder your progress and in the future."
