"What a waste of time. Make an appointment online and register all the information they want. Show up 10 minutes early. Fill out all the paperwork they give you again (why do it online?). Get asked to pay a copay and say “I didn’t realize my insurance covered a dot physical”. Then you get told oh here’s more paperwork because even though you scheduled and filled everything out online they have no idea why you are there and the stuff you already did is useless. 20 minutes plus your drive time later they don’t actually have anyone stare certified but I can go to another location. Luckily I paid with cash so I got my refund right away."
