"The care and attention that I received from NP Jennifer at this location has to be the best care I have received from ANY doctor, medical professional, or facility. She was very thorough, kind, and understanding when I came into their office ill. I don’t typically do ratings when I go to any doctor or physician, but she made sure I was aware and involved in all of my options and checked and double-checked that she was getting all of the information correctly."

"Went there last night and set up an appointment at 5:12, went in when they text me, they said they called and text me again and i never got a call or a text again. They saw me in the waiting room and skipped over my name and called on other people who didn't even have an appointment. I went up there after I saw them taking other people. And they told me, oh we thought you left so we crossed your name off. So I had to re-register my information and wait even longer! I didn't get out of there til almost 9 pm! This place wasn't packed but any time someone came in they claimed there was a 4 hr wait limit when it was just me and 1 other person. This place needs a lot of work so people can get the proper help. I don't feel like they diagnosed me properly cause they wanted to go home and were complaining that there were still a couple people in there!"

"Good service, both nurses and the check in lady were great. I was there for a preemployment physical and they were efficient and friendly. I wish I could remember their names so I could call them each out. But kudos to them all for th great job they were doing."

"I took my daughter in for ear pain an hour before they're listed as closing. Website said walk ins were still accepted, and I'd been to a Fast Pace previously where the cut off was 30 minutes prior to closing. As soon as I walked in, the lady asked rather hatefully if I had an appointment and then quickly turned us away. My daughter is standing there in tears with her ear hurting and this woman is getting hateful with me when I asked if she could speak with the doctors for them to work her in. When I asked her to not get hateful with me, she had the audacity to say I was hateful which up to that point I hadn't been. But I got hateful real quick as she continued to be rude and look at us like we were trash. It would've taken 5 minutes to look in her ear. It would've taken longer to do all the paperwork to get her checked in. I will never use Fast Pace again. Whenever they stop taking walk ins prior to closing, this needs to be posted EXPLICITLY not only on the website (which suggested I go to the location after trying to get an appointment) but on the door to the facility as well. And don't hire employees for a doctor's office that are incapable of showing compassion. She could've gotten us worked in, posted a sign, and locked the door. At least that's what I would've done when faced with a child in tears."

"I had a wonderful experience here. My appointment was last minute, I was able to get in quickly and the NP that took care of me was extremely thorough and laid out all my options for treatment very clearly. All staff were very sweet and welcoming and everything was clean and well taken care of. I will definitely go back if/when I ever need to."
