"I got a haircut and discussed the length I wanted to be cut. He agreed on the length and then proceeded to cut off at least four more inches than I asked for. If this wasn’t bad enough he then proceeded to give me layers when I didn’t ask for them (I didn’t have layers previous to this haircut). If I could give this entire experience a 0 I would… who decides to give someone layers without asking? It will take months until I can go to a better hairdresser. If you want a hairdresser who just decides to do whatever he wants without communicating anything, please come get your hair cut here!"

"AVOID THIS PLACE, I HAVE NEVER LEFT A BAD REVIEW. They do not care about your hair at all. The women whom I asked to please help me take off the color that was bleeding off into my forehead grabbed alcohol and rubbed it straight on the center of my scalp. I wanted to cry. This place is not gentle what so ever tug on your hair like crazy avoid this place ESPECIALLY if you have LONG HAIR PAST THE SHOULDERS, the whole visit explained why only shoulder length and up clientele were there. My scalp still hurts from the alcohol she rubbed in my scalp. It's burning. I do NOT recommend this place at all. At least for the hair services. Unless you want to leave with your scalp burning, I still paid the full price because I was told what it was and was not going to argue I just wanted to LEAVE I didn't even get the full service I left after my hair was washed and the lady RUBBED ALCOHOL, I DID NOT STAY FOR THE BLOWDRY AND STYLE THAT THE 250$ Included. However I now know to NEVER return to this place nor recommend it to family or friends or ANYONE! .... Anyone will be better off with another salon in the area I promise."

"This place is awesome. I have been doing eyebrow threading with shobha since years. She is great, v friendly, and always smiling . I always get perfect shape eyebrows. This place allows well behaved dog too."

"Terrible Service - today my kind and hard working mom made an appointment at Bollywood Brow Art, to get eyelash extensions, and she was absolutely disappointed with how her eyelashes were put on and how they look. They did a terrible job; the glue that they use stung her skin and they added a bulk of the same length eyelashes, like an eyelash strip that are sold in stores. She thought that they were going to be adding one eyelash at a time, but instead they added a bulk at a time. My mom paid $200 dollars for low quality eyelashes and service. This business is misleading customers with the pictures that they use for advertisement. My mom feels terrible as she feels like she looks awful with the eyelashes that she got in this place. My mom would like to speak with the manager so that other people do not have the same horrible experience that she did."
