"This nail salon is the worst place to go ever. Don’t waste your money going here because they want your money but the service is so horrible and when you bring that to the managements attention they don’t care. I told the lady I needed a fill and she didn’t listen to me and broke my real nails and started to put the fake nails on my fingers. When I told her that that’s not what I told her to do she started speaking in her language to another lady. What a horrible experience. She did that so she could charge me extra money. I’m so upset about it because when I bought this to the managements attention she says so what you want me to do you need a discount? I was surprised that instead of get it right she defended the woman doing wrong to my nails. What a horrible place and horrible human beings to deal with. They should just go beg on the street for money then steal and con people this way."

"Becky, used to be my favorite nail technician for pedicures, however, I decided to get my nails done too since they advertised $67.00 for full set nails, pedicure and eyebrow. Normally, she is good with pedicures, however, today, she cut my finger using the drill and I did not realize how deep the cut was until after she was done and it appeared to be bleeding. I informed her of this and she replied it's just a little cut... no bandages or sterilizing. She ended up charging me more for everything due to the style I requested. I hope no one comes here, go to Elk Grove nail salons or greenhaven. This place lacks professionalism, quality needed for the type of services they offer."
