"The staff are absolutely rude, nasty and disrespectful! I walked in to get my eyelashes done and one of the staff was extremely nasty and rude to me arguing and yelling at me accusing me of something I didn’t do and I merely has just walked in to get my eyelashes done. Clearly she thinks every black person looks the same. She continues to argue and be nasty to me for about 10 minutes until I just decided to leave and never come back to this horrible place. They don’t even do a good job most of the time on eyelashes. They’ll have one eye more thick than the other or higher than the other. You’ll look better without the eyelashes on after they put them on. Never coming back here again."
"This place is dirty... I came here with my cousins to get their nails done...the nail tech that worked on my younger cousin's nails... dug a nail buffer out of the trash can (it was labeled trash with trash in it) I kindly asked her if she just pulled it out of the trash...she sat in my face and lied to me...they told me that's where she keeps her stuff...the nail tech that was working on my other cousin's nails did a horrible job... she kept coughing in my cousin's face...the lady wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and when my cousin told her she did the nail already... the nail tech had an attitude...as I was taking pictures of the filth...all the staff were giving me evil glares... I told them it's ok because I'm reporting them"
