"Got a basic pedicure my normal ones they use something to take off the skin on my heel!. They didn’t! I just went 3 weeks ago with my mom. She tried to rush cause I didn’t want the extra! No I don’t want any wax or a massage! Then this fall was good I Got fiberglass nails and sadly I don’t like gel she tried to charge me $10 extra and my guy said I never said gel! They should ask period! Never assume!"

"This was my second time coming to this this place. First time was a good experience so i decided to book an appointment with Lynn. She does good nails but she was very RUDE. I booked a 3:30 appointment 2 days prior to my appointment. She was still finishing up her client when I arrived. No problem! I waited patiently. I was serviced almost 30 minutes after my appointment. Still didn’t make a big deal because i understood she was busy. I got a fill with a black French tip and one little rhinestone on each nail. Because she fell behind with her prior client she also fell behind with me. Her next client had to wait just like I had to wait for my appointment. But she snapped at me in a very rude way stating “next time I need to let her know when I want a design”. she acted as if she was angry with me because I didn’t let her know prior to the appointment I wanted a French tip with one rhinestone.Sorry Lady, but there will not be a next Time what a RUDE way to talk to a customer. Funny part about it is her prior customer and everybody else inside of the nail shop got good customer service except for me because apparently it’s my first time booking an appointment but if you wanna simple classic design, you need to let her know prior otherwise you’ll get snapped at like a child!!!!!! Horrible Customer service she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to!"
