She did not do what I asked, and tricked me into a more expensive service (just did it without asking me or discussing it). YOU GOT ME but I will never be back here. Lesson learned. Plus my nails are not uniformly shaped or even. What is she even doing in this business."

"The lady in the last seat in the corner did a horrible job on my nails. She did not ask me what I wanted on my nails, and continue to do what she assume I would like. I told her I wanted French tips with color tips and she gave me ombré. She floored my cuticle, made my nails uneven, and my nails were crooked. My right hand nails are longer than my left hand nails. When I told her to make them even or file them to have the same shape she keeps telling me “don’t worry” and that she knows what she’s doing and it’s only 25% done. When I told her my nails were too thick and it’s not even she got upset and told me that if my nails break it’s not her fault and that she cannot make my nails any thinner. When I told her the shape was off she told me that my nails are short and she cannot make the shape even. I am upset and will not be going back here. Sam the owner is great and Kevin is good but the rest are not good especially the lady in the last seat in the back!"

"I will never return to this place. Friendly upon arrival. After sitting down, the guy asked if I wanted my eyebrows done, after kindly denying he told me I needed it done bad. The woman doing my nails took it upon herself to push color and design and shape my nails the way she pleased even after asking multiple times to make them shorter and square. She was also a bit rough for my liking lot of cut"
