"I was very polite and asked for a design to please be added to my nails. The main staff member refused to accommodate me in any way, neglected to show me any designs or engage in conversation with me . Continued to make excuses despite the countless designs on display. I feel that this was racially motivated. It’s sad that in 2023 other people of color refuse to provide black people with service. I guess the sign that reads “we have the right to refuse service to anyone” on their counter holds true to this statement ."

"I’ve been using services here for many years since we moved to a new location in 2013. I love all products they use and the natural skincare ingredients. When I found preferred technicians, the owners gladly accommodate my request and I get the best service every visit. The place is clean, relaxing, and well thought out the whole customer experience."

"The best nail salon ever, I miss this salon but moved out of state. The owners and employees are so sweet, and pay great attention to detail and results are always perfect and last so long. I’d come in needing a full set instead of a fill because they lasted so long. Definitely the best in the Bay Area, and I’ve lived in other cities/states and tip n toe is still my favorite."
