"I will start by saying the staff is so friendly. As soon as I walked in they were very prompt to get me in the chair and one staff member started on my pedicure and at the same time another started on my fingers. I just left their salon about 20min ago. I had gone over to Bellagio Nail first across the street, who I normally go to, but they were packed out until closing so I came here to Yen -who to my surprise didn’t have a single customer. I thought nothing of it and relaxed as they got started. Pedicure turned out fine, I don’t love it, but can hide it in shoes, the nails are cut REALLY short which makes them look weird and none of them are even in size. The manicure is really not good at all. I just wanted gel, but was easily talked into an inlay with colored powder, I have no problem spending the extra, I chose 2 colors, but the lady doing my nails forgot and did them all one color, no big deal, but it was applied SO THICK, and I did express this many times during and had her reshape them at least 4 times but it was clear at that point she was not really understanding what it was that I didn’t like about the shape even though I showed her over and over- she made them flat with no curve, very thick even on the sides, And all different shapes- so I finally just said it’s good because I knew they would have to be redone somewhere else, besides the very bad shaping, they were applied so far from the cuticle that it looks like I’ve been wearing them for weeks. I paid and left, but I immediately went over to Bellagio and made an appointment for these to be removed and redone correctly tomorrow. Disappointed, but lesson learned."

"Today went here to Yen nails with my daughter and Yen the owner came to take are temperature and she tells my 16yr old daughter what's on your face? My daughter looks at her and says acne!! Yen then says what is that? I then stepped in at this point telling her how mean and rude she is ,i will Never go back to this Place !!!! It is not ok to talk to anyone like she did especially a teenager!!!!"
