"This was hands down THE WORST manicure I have ever received. The woman was so unskilled with the drill, she hit my cuticles repeatedly & was extremely rough, gripping my fingers & bending them backward. They also were not honest about the services they provide. OVER PRICED TERRIBLE SERVICE. Don’t waste a dime here."

"Booked simultaneous new acrylic sets for my daughter and I. Her tech, older gal with glasses, started 15 minutes earlier than mine and was a gift of a human. I didn't catch her name, but she did the whole set using files and patience, paid attention to edges, length, and nail shape. Highly recommend her. My tech blew in 15 minutes late, used primarily the drill, and did not manage my nail length correctly. I needed to have my old set soaked off, which I told them at booking, but instead of using acetone or a soak, she used a spare nail to forcefully separate the the acrylic from my own nail. I stopped her to ask if that was necessary and said it was less damaging than the soak............... not my first rodeo, but I let her ruin every single one of my nails in this manner and took it like a champ. I had to ask my tech (Hannah) to make all the nails the same length, as both of my middle fingers were 2-3 mms longer than the rest. She questioned it and still left them too long. My left thumb is 2mm shorter than the right, and my middle finger nails are easily still 2mm longer than the rest. Total was $115 for two new sets, a single paint color per set, and the removal of my old set. Tips are encouraged to be in cash only, and they have an ATM on site to help you with that (who knows the fee?). I'll most likely go back because, at the very least, they didn't cut us with the files. Will monitor for fungal contamination because they did not use alcohol at all during the installation."

"Second time coming within a month. First time I went in for a acrylic mani. Came in 40 min before they closed and asked if I still had time to get a mani and they said yes. Jackie did my nails but she rushed and cut my cuticles badly. Don’t know if she was doing this on purpose or was careless. I came in today for a pedicure and again Jackie did my nails. She cut into my nail beds and cut off much of my cuticles. My toes literally hurt when I walk or press them against anything. The worst nail tech ever. I have had my nails done by some of the other ladies at Nails 4U & Spa and this rarely ever happens."

"Comparing to their prices , they are not doing a very good job, feels like they do it in rush . I used to go to different place with better pricing and better job but since this one is very close decided to give it a try . For gel nails , they did ok , but you can do as good at home .tip of my nails were breaking after couple of days and I had to cut it shorter . But their pedicure really is not worth it . I leave a picture of it , no need for words ."

"This is my second time coming here, and I love it! Jackie has done my nails both times and I can honestly say this is the best service and work done than any other place. $45 for the set."
