David was very knowledgeable in the industry and helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the best price possible! He answered all of our questions and allowed us to check out many options! "We were glad this store was a family owned business because they were very nice to deal with and had excellent luxury hotel quality mattresses you don’t find in other mattress chains. Many were made here in TN. Jacob was patient and knowledgeable with all our questions, and tried hard to meet our needs. After my husband researched our needs and requirements, we made a decision for a Resort Hotel Grand Meridian with Cashmere mattress. It’s extra firm with a memory foam pillow top. Very nice! He was able to get delivery for us in just a couple of days, and we were able to get a box spring and mattress cover as well, all with a 20 year warranty. "I needed a mattress but was not aware of this store until I stumbled upon it while paying a bill at one of the businesses next door. So I stopped in and explained my criteria and was pleasantly surprised not only by the wide selection of options, but by the quality of each brand. However, the real gem of this business is the people. I dealt with a total of 3 salespeople because I did a comfort exchange and all 3 individuals were competent, knowledgeable and extremely kind. That is a rare combination and is ultra important, especially since mattresses are such a necessary commodity. I've had mine now for almost a month and I couldn't be happier. "I definitely walked in knowing I needed a mattress asap! I was greeted immediately and asked a few questions on what I needed as far comfort and price point. From there we went through a few selections of commercial mattresses and even tried a few beyond my price point to see if I felt a difference. One thing I will say that I loved…I wasn’t swayed to buy a more expensive mattress. He kept mentioning not to pay for a more expensive mattress if the comfort felt the same or close to my price point. That’s great customer service! Wish I could’ve gotten the mattress cover for free lol, but overall I would highly recommend making a visit if you’re in the market for a mattress. Now that I have it in my home, it’s so comfortable! I’m happy with my purchase!"
