"The team at Love-sac esp Cheryl have been great to work with when ordering my couch. She was very patient and walked though the many different ways it could be set up. She printed off detailed shoe maps for me. When it arrived at my house, unfortunately one box was damaged. It damaged the contents inside, and when I called her, she immediately ordered me a new one and made arrangements to get the damaged one out. It has been a great experience to work with them."
