"Terrible with children. My son is only 6 and has adhd, the doctor treated him like he should know to just keep quiet and not move. We have been to the actual hospital multiple times and hospitalized a few times but never has anyone at the hospital treated my son the way the doctor did at the urgent care. I'm very unhappy with this visit, I would rather wait hours at the hospital then go Backh ere."

"My 22-month old daughter has goupe coming from her eyes, a bad cough, inconsolable, runny nose, watery eyes, and diarrhea. My husband and I bring her in and the receptionist is flat out rude.she interrupted my husband several times. Had no personality. Rolled her eyes when we responded to questions. She asked what my daughter’s symptoms were, we started to list them, and she interrupted my husband and said “I ONLY NEED 1! THE REST WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL BACK THERE! WHICH SYMPTOM IS MOST IMPORTANT!” We waited almost an hour and a half to be called back. Absolutely ridiculous. I am bringing my sick child to you and you are being rude to a parent that is already distraught over their sick child. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else."

"They are awesome!!! Late open gives you the opportunity to get their before / as they open, so you have the option of not setting in a emergency room for 6 or 7 hours. The staff are very friendly and they do pretty good about getting you in and out as soon as possible. Yes they get busy like any other healthcare facility and you might have to wait, but I bet it is no where near an emergency room wait! And like I said the doors open at four if your issue is wait time get there EARLY!!"
