"1 start to 4 star Update: The corporate customer service manager, district manager, and store manager all got ahold of me. They listened to recorded call and honored what was said on the original phone call. They made it right with minimal drama on their end. The day I got it done was stressful and extremely busy for me without trying to get work done to my vehicle. They didn't take it personally and were good to me. Lost all trust and faith in this location. Called one day to get a quote for all brake rotors and all pads to be replaced. Got the quote for both they buy and do everything. Also, I got a quote for if I bring everything and they do labor. I was driving on handsfree in my truck, so multiple people in vechile heard conversation, and this came into play to ensure I was crazy later. Both were honestly good quotes, and a week later, I made the appointment. After dropping off the car and they call after inspection, they now quote double the prices for the exact same things. In just over a week, everything priced wise has doubled. So, to ensure I wasn't wrong, I had to get off phones with the shop and talk to the other who heard a quote over the phone. They heard what I heard no questions. I would understand some increase/decrease after the see the actual car but not doubling everything. Very dishonest sales team and comes across to say anything to get you in the door and car apart to start work prior to updating your new price."

"I drive over an hour to get here Everytime something is wrong with my car or my mom's truck and I have the best experience here. They are fast and always try to save you money. This place is officially the place to come to when something is wrong under the hood. Thank you Jordan for helping me with everything and explaining/showing things English unlike other places I have been at. And thank you for the guys who finds everything that is wrong with the car/truck. You guys are awesome."

"I've been a Brake Master customer for over 20yrs for all of my oil change. But today was different, I needed my belt replaced. Had. 8:30 appointment and was out of there by 9am but it just wasn't myself, 2:other customers were also out by 9am. I was happy to have made it to work on time. These guys are a new crew but are great just like every Brake Masters I've visited in over 20yrs which is why I will always be a returning customer. They're honest with great customer service."

"With my recent visit, I felt the Service experience was fine, however they are not good at customer service. The manager who was at the reception didn't sound pleasing. They could be more customer friendly with a smile on their face. I could probably rate 4/5 stars for their vehicle service but 2 star for their customer service."

"I recently had to replace brakes on two vehicles I started with my Toyota Camry at Brake Masters they did a great job and quickly. The second car was my son's and he chose to take his car to Amigo tires and Brakes. After having the car for 24 hours to inspect it he got a call that they would do both front and rear brakes for 1,200. I decided to get a second opinion at Brake Masters and the manager himself Jordan I believe his name was inspected the vehicle and within 30 minutes called me back I assured me the rear tires were still doing fine and the front brakes are what needed to be replaced and he could do the job for $470. A whopping $700 difference from the place I took it previously. It was done within 2 hours and drives like a champ and brakes like a champ now. I'm very grateful for their honesty and I definitely will be sending anybody I know who needs breaks to see Jordan at Brake Masters."
