"Update: changed from 1 star to 3 because the manager was very concerned about this a comped the work. Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Once there, was told 1.5 hours and I said I would wait in the waiting area. 2.5 hours later I decided to check how much longer. My car hadn't been touched! The explanation was that the technician was out to lunch! I should have looked at these reviews before going there."

"PRO: Installed 1 of the 3 parts I requested. Was told 1 of the parts i wanted replaced does not need to be replaced. Steve's telephone courtesy. CON: Jacked prices - $700+ for a 3.5hr labor. Was initially told it'll take 2 days to install 3 parts, kept my truck for 4 days and only installed 1. Customer service non-existent to subpar - no updates/follow-ups even when they knew that my vehicle will be kept longer, for all 4 days, I always called/followed-up never them. No "Hello, Welcome to Nissan. Can I help you?" when you walk in, nothing. RECOMMENDATION: I saw the low rating but decided to be fair and give it a shot, I shouldn't have. Go somewhere else that services Nissan."

"Purchased our car here and getting our first maintenance service here for our car. 2BC... Had our 2nd service but a little more extensive. We though we needed more work done and a couple new tires as recommended from our 1st service. Nissan techs checked on those items and they weren't necessary. We saved money because the techs double checked the recommendations. This type of honesty is what will keep us as customers. Nissan has continued great services and no unnecessary services to squeeze money out of us. 1 year in and we're still taking our Altima to them. They've been great!"

"I had a unique, non-straightforward, issue with my new lease. After some back and forth/collaboration between the service department, corporate, and sales department; this location was able to meet and address my concerns in a highly professional and satisfactorily manner. The extra mile(s) they took to provide the necessary service to meet my complaint is why I recommend this location for any of your auto/vehicle purchasing needs. I am a recognized Google reviewer and I seldom if ever give a five star rating... This company and the people that worked with me deserve a five-star rating!
