"I used to do my own oil changes back when I was a younger man. I tried Jiffy Lube back when they used to charge $35 dollars. Well now it's a little more but the friendly service from their staff is a good thing. I was in between a service and I stopped to check out their offer to top your engine oil off and check your tire pressure for free! It really was free! So that is why I get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube."

Rejected request to change all other fluids along with oil change. Finally, charges 60% more than market rate. Never going back to them for any service!"

"An Oil Change Service was performed by Jiffy Lube # 3808 at 3276 W Grant Line Road, Tracy CA 95394. License Plate CA- 7CAG067 on 06/14/2023 01:09 PM. A massive oil leakage noticed on 06/27/2023. Earlier also, some leakage happened and was ignored by us. Later on, my vehicle was diagnosed as 'Found that car has the wrong drain plug - striped- had to replace with a larger drain plug to stop leak- R/R Oil Drain Plug. This was done by European Auto, Tracy. I had to cough out $ 311.21 as total repairing cost. I paid $168.32 for the servicing on 06/14/2023. The total loss is $479.53. Jiffy guys partially compensated me after a lot of paperwork and haggling. I suffered business losses and mental trauma due to Jiffy Lube's faulty servicing. A very bad experience due to apparently some untrained technicians working at this Jiffy's location. Be advised."

"I had service due for my vehicle which basically require basic oil change and tyre rotation. I decided to go to local Jiffy lube considering the positive reviews. It was quick and I didn't have to wait long. The waiting area is nice and clean and comfortable. however the technician who took my service request was truly unprofessional. It seems he was doing a big favor to get my vehicle services. The tone was utterly rude. I don't have any other issues. The gentleman who did the billing later as truly nice and polite. I am not going to this place just because of this rude behavior of the first person who took my vehicle. If you can't be polite, doesn't matter if you offer good service its of no use. You lost a customer."
