"THIS IS NO LONGER IN FRANKLIN, TN. They're located at 800 Swan Dr in Smyrna, TN. (It's also the warehouse- come in through the side door.) They only offer installation for flooring and blinds right now. No paint or cabinetry offered any longer. Very experienced and quick installers and it's really an all-star management team!! Family owned as well."
"Please DO NOT use this company. We had the worst customer service experience! They installed laminate flooring in our entire upstairs and the installers caused nails to pop through the ceiling in several places downstairs. The lady who was supposedly the boss of the installation team said they would come back and fix the damage no problem. We never heard from them. We called the office several times and left messages and no one returns the calls. They don’t want to be bothered with having to come back and fix the damage they caused!"
"I work with these guys on a daily bases, they do all new floor installs for our homes. Carpet, tile, and hardwoods. Great craftsmanship, customer service, and friendly staff! Glad to have them as a trade partner!"

"The folks at Strathmore don't know what they're doing. Or if they do, they don't care to do it right. They installed hardwood floor, carpet, tile, and vinyl flooring at my house and every other home in our neighborhood here in Nolensville. Every person I know in our community had to get them back out countless times to repair their original work. And then again to repair the repairs, and again to fix that new messy work. Every time they visit it's a struggle to get something done correctly and they always have an excuse for why it can't be done better. I would not recommend them anyone, please look elsewhere for your flooring needs. Or do it yourself...You could watch some YouTube videos and do more professional work than the folks at Strathmore. My floors are still bad and they've visited over 6 times in 1.5 years. If they would ever return and get my floors done right then I would consider changing this review. Until then, 1 Star."
