"Went in to have a battery tested after a high sales scare tactic oil change venue tried to tell me I needed a new battery- Advanced Auto Parts tested my battery for free and shows me that my battery still had life to it and did not need immediate replacement. I appreciate she took the time to provide excellent service and care even when there was no purchase needed. Will return when I do need a battery without hesitation."

"I recently visited Advance Auto Parts on Columbia Avenue in Franklin Tennessee and received absolutely fantastic service. The parts counter rep, Wayne, spent at least 20 minutes with me helping me find the right fasteners for my truck's tail light. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help me out. What really impressed me was that Wayne even walked out with me to my car to make sure that the fasteners he recommended fit my truck. It's not often that you find someone who is willing to go that extra mile to make sure you're getting the right parts for your vehicle. I truly appreciate the time and effort that Wayne put into helping me out. Overall, I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts on Columbia Avenue and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and exceptional service. "I will not shop at any other auto parts store. Anytime I go into this location everyone is so helpful. I just purchased some wiper blades and Jeremy helped me find the right ones (who knew there wasn't only 1 type of blades) I respect the fact that he didn't try to force me to buy the most expensive option and he asked me if I needed to purchase wiper fluid. He was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy! I've also dealt with Wayne in the past and he is a rock star! 10/10 service 100% of the time!"
