"I’ve been taking my car to Jesse’s shop for a while now and I’ve always had fair, honest service. He really won me over this past Friday when my car started misfiring on my way to work. I called him on my way to his shop and even though they are open half day on fridays and by appointment only, I told Jesse the issue with my car and he said he could still take a look.
