"Spent waaay too much at a different shop and didn’t get results. Took it to a Subaru dealership and they couldn’t help. They actually recommended Subie Shop. The car was diagnosed and fixed within two days and for a fourth of the price I paid the first shop. The team and especially Jose communicated often and were on point throughout. Definitely return and recommend."

"Update 2/23/24: ended up having my clutch replaced then months later had a whole bunch of services done. This business is top-notch when it comes to Subaru's (& other makes, I'm sure!). 3 trips to this shop & I will 100% recommended it to anyone I come across. Came in because a different shop put new spark plugs in & I had issues after. Subie Shop fixed the issue & the car runs great now. The other shop set the gap too wide & left cylinder 1 spark plug too loose. Great service. Planning on getting a clutch replacement in the near future with them."

"I just got my WRX serviced here for a power steering leak. They diagnosed the issue that day and recommended some replacement work. They also made sure to let me know of some other existing issues due to the leak and gave me a few options on after market parts as well as used or new tires. I really appreciated the options and they really respected and worked with my budget. When i got my car back, my headlights were buffed out, totally complementary! Incredible customer service and they obviously know what they are doing. I will return to get my other stuff serviced."

"10/10 all around! I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. Bought my 2010 STI basically sight unseen so I brought it here to have it checked out. It ended up needing quite a bit of attention. Charlene was so wonderful and friendly throughout the whole process. Keene did all the work on my car and let me tell you, he is meticulous! Keene went through my car with a fine tooth comb and then helped me prioritize my repairs. I normally have major major anxiety about leaving my car with people and having other people drive my cars. Keene went SO above and beyond explaining everything, showing me everything he found and answering all my questions so throughly that when it came time for me to leave it I wasn't stressed out or worried at all. I left 100% confident my car was in the best hands and that has never happened before finding this little gem of a shop. Even though this shop is over an hour from my house, I will not be taking my car to anybody else... EVER! Based off the quality of work Keene did on my car, it's clear he is an expert at what he does and takes a great amount of pride in his work. I could not be happier and I look forward to having him do more work on my baby in the future. (Hopefully upgrades and not repairs next time) haha A million thanks Keene! You the best!"
