"Horrible customer service, the guy at the front didn’t greet properly and when I asked how long it would take he couldn’t give me a straight answer, then proceeded to say 30 minutes and there always busy. When I told him I didn’t have that much time and thank you, he said whatever and gave me attitude."

"I took my car over to Rancho smog today after it didn’t pass at a local smog test only facility. David was gracious enough to put the car up on the rack and remove the shield only to find that he couldn’t read the numbers off the catalytic converter. David did all this work and didn’t charge me a dime and let me know what my options were. I’ll be bringing my car back to David for sure because I know how honest and reliable he is. Thanks David!"

He does excellent work and if he feels he won't be able to provide the best service he can he will be point in the direction of someone that can.
