"This is one of those places that overcharge you, for labor. Not to mention, I couldn't get through the phone lines, to tell them they can proceed with maintenance. I had to leave my vehicle, an extra day. When I get there, there is a dude staring at me for no reason at all (besides, the fact I probably look different....... If you catch, my drift). I'll make sure that all the people I know, that look like me in any way don't come here... Unless you want to be overcharged, and treated like you don't belong there. I'm disappointed AAA, suggested I come here"
"I came here to get a smog check which my car didn’t pass and the mechanic told me what the problem was and I was going to be charged $180 just to see what the problem was but the answer was already on the paper they gave me. I didn’t pay the $180 but I was still charged from a failed smog test. I left feeling confused and didn’t think much of it. Later I called my other mechanic and told him what happened. I was surprised hearing I was ripped off. I’m not coming here anymore."
