"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had asked for a service that would have cost $150, but the manager suggested I wait on the service for good reason. He could have easily complied and made more money, but he was very honest. Because of this, I will be using Barney's for my tire needs."

"Brought a set of 26x10 wheels and tires for them to remove the tires. Came back to them telling me that one tire was showing wire when, in fact, the tires were in dot spec and showing no signs of unusual wear. They ripped a hole in the side wall of the tire and also damaged a tpms sensor and tried to hide the fact they did both. I asked for them to replace my tire and they told me you could buy another one even though it's our fault. The only thing they did was replace the sensor after they got caught. I'm still waiting for shane, and the owner will call me back to make it right. Don't take custom wheels here. They will ruin your stuff and don't fix the problems they create. First and last time going to this place."

"Barney’s has changed no keyed allot of work on my car. The team and staff are extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way that they can. They are friendly and they will work with you on any situation. Their prices are far better than other places I’ve seen. They provide recommendations and solutions. I trust them completely with my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable place for car services."

"The team at Barney’s is friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I went in for an alignment and tire rotation, did not have to wait long and they did a great job. I have been here a few times in the past and I have always found this to be the case. While waiting, I observed the team in the front helping customers and answering questions over the phone. Some of the big tire shops won’t help you with problem solving if it’s beyond the scope of what their computer system can tell them. I found it refreshing that the team at Barney’s seems experienced, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping find the best solutions for their customers."

"I took my truck to Barney's to get new tires. I am very knowledgeable on the installation and balancing procedures. I informed the salesman on how I want the balancing to be accurate. It is very crucial to the life and performance of the tires. While watching the installers rush to get the job completed, I observed many of the crew clowning around and not following procedures and specifications set forth by the tire manufacturer. They did not line up indicators on the tires with the valve stems. They did not zero out the tires on the balance machines. They used metal teeth on my chrome wheels while installing tires while the nylon teeth were available. They severely and permenantly damaged the outer lip of my chrome wheels. After explaining my concerns while I watched this clown show, I was told that it doesn't matter. It just has to be close. While trying to educate these guys on the reasoning for the specs, they could care less and continued the clown show. It is clear that the installers do not know what they are doing and how the machines are supposed to be used. I watched them mount my wheels in the wrong pattern and torque them in the wrong pattern as well. There is clearly a problem with their training. I left there highly disappointed. I now have damaged wheels and new tires that come with a lifetime of balancing and rotation, but will not use it due to the incompetence of the installers. They spoke to each other in spanish, obviously thinking that I did not understand what was being said, however, I am fluent in Spanish and was offended by what was being said. After speaking with the manager, he asked me to come back another trip to make it right. This time, the tires were still not installed and balanced per manufacturer specifications and there was almost 2 lbs of weight on one wheel alone wrapping half of the rim with weights on the opposite side. They clearly are ignorant of how a wheel is balanced and how to use a machine. The manager denied them damaging the wheels when I personally watched them do so. This place has turned into a disaster since Barney sold it... Beware."
